Since spring is almost here and the snow has melted lets see if anyone will be out to fix the small issues of the water running down my living room wall. That I called about in January, that no one showed up to fix. This is the damage.

The internet at urbane on adams hasn't worked in months. When I talked to urbane they say they have sent someone out to fix it, yet I and other tenants still haven't had internet. I understand internet can go in and out at times, but why advertise that the buildings have free internet if it never works. Starbucks offers free internet and it always works and that's where I've been going to do my work...
