Hi. I am thinking of looking into the possibility of moving to Urbane on Washington when my current lease is up, I'll be relocating from Ann Arbor. Just curious how everyone likes the building??? Thanks for any info.

My shower likes to turn on for about 5 minutes every other night randomly at about 4 am. I often find things moved in my apartment.

Yeah, there are definitely ghosts. Watch out for Andrew. He hangs out in the laundry room on Thursday mornings, before sunrise.

The internet at urbane on adams hasn't worked in months. When I talked to urbane they say they have sent someone out to fix it, yet I and other tenants still haven't had internet. I understand internet can go in and out at times, but why advertise that the buildings have free internet if it never works. Starbucks offers free internet and it always works and that's where I've been going to do my work...
