Yes, the garbage area is really bad! It's over flowing into the parking lot now to where I cant even put my trash on that side, I walk around and have to open the dumpster from the alley. Something needs to be done soon, because if we're paying AUM for trash pick up then it should all be picked up.

what is going on with the garbage area? There is garbage all over the place... It is disgusting! The sanitary department is not picking it up. Do we have to recycle? If so there are no bins for recyclables. The There should be only one gate on one side and all garbage should be put in from that side, namely the side facing the alley. I am from NY in a building with over 1000 people living in it and I have never seen such a poor way of handling trash... Sorry to complain after the holiday but it is absolutely disgusting... if it stay this way you are bound to see RATS!

The internet at urbane on adams hasn't worked in months. When I talked to urbane they say they have sent someone out to fix it, yet I and other tenants still haven't had internet. I understand internet can go in and out at times, but why advertise that the buildings have free internet if it never works. Starbucks offers free internet and it always works and that's where I've been going to do my work...
