maitenance & residential recycling program...?

I was wondering where I can go to file a "motion/ or whatever about having maitenance fix the buzzer to allow ppl to be buzzed into the building? About a month or 2 ago there were some maitenance guys working on the door in building 620 (Center St.) and ever since the buzzer doesnt work and you have to walk dwn & open the door....
Also I was wondering about recycling... the website claims that theres a resident recycling program under "Amenities Include" ... is that true,? If so where?

In follow up to your first question, you can log onto the Resident Hub and post a Service Request, There is a button on the main page of the Lobby. I will take care of this one for you.

Regarding Recycling, Urbane is behind and support Recycling, and we have had recycle bins at each site. However, the City Service that pick up the Recycle Bins are inconsistent about pick up, and if there are any non recycle items in the bins they don't pick up. So, the bins became very difficult to manage.

You can get recycle tubs that you would keep in your apartment and set out at the street weekly that seem to work better. They come from SOCRA, and we can follow up for you if that is helpful,

so id have to buy the bin myself...then where do i put out the recycling? and what day does it get picked up?

Also, does anyone know where to find a sticker of the recycle logo? I'm trying to label one of my trash cans for recycling :P
