Central Heating on Urbane on Thirteen

Central heating in our apartment is not working since yesterday evening. Are there other apartments in 4312 facing same problem or is it just our apartment?

My husband and I are both down with a flu and the apartment is freezing..

Another thing I would like to bring to your notice here, is that we were out of country for about 6 weeks, and when we returned, we saw someone had _INTENTIONALLY SMASHED_ our brand new car's side rear view mirror. I am sure it is purely intentional because the way our car was parked, there is absolutely no way it would be hit by another car or some object. It is just carelessness or irresponsible behavior from some resident. I was told that someone had written on the car to move it in the back, but people don't realise that if it has been parked at one spot and covered with snow, there is no one around who is driving it!! I will get the claim from insurance but it just makes me sad to learn the attitude of my neighbors.

And despite several warnings, we still have cars parked in driveways. I understand there is ample space to fit in more cars, but parking in driveways could very risky, especially with all the snow and slippery roads.

You might wanna bring some of these things to the notice of other residents.
